Within a single border of dots, draped bust of Peroz to right, wearing an elaborate mural crown with a frontal crescent surmounted by a korymbos in crescent; a ribbon on his right shoulder; behind and before head, ‘mzdysn – kdy pylwcy’ = ‘mazdēsn kay Pērōz’ (‘The Mazda-worshipping king Peroz’ in Pahlavi).
Reverse
Within a single border of dots, fire altar with ribbons, flanked by two attendants; above altar, star and crescent; to left, ‘pylw[cy]’ = ‘Pērōz’ (in Pahlavi); to right, ‘KL’ (abbreviation for ‘Kirman’ in Pahlavi).
