Shiʿa kalima within a circle, ‘lā ilāha illā Allāh Muḥammad rasūl Allāh ʿAlī walī Allāh’ (‘There is no deity but Allah. Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. ʿAli is the friend of Allah’ in Arabic); in the margin, the names of the twelve Shiʿa imams in Persian: ‘ʿAli, Hasan, Hosayn, ʿAli, Mohammad, [Jaʿfar, Musā, ʿAli, Mohammad, ʿAli], Hasan, Mohammad’.

Within a circle, the couplet ‘be giti sekke-ye sāheb-qerāni / zad az towfiq-e haq Abbās-e sāni’ (‘By God’s grace, Abbas the Second struck the auspicious coin in the world’ in Persian); below, ‘Irawān, 1064’ (‘Yerevan, 1064’ in Persian).
